Sweet Potato Recipe

Do not eat any bread! Try this easy and quick sweet potato recipe!

Let's start by slicing one sweet potato. Now, put the slices into a pot. Cover with water and leave it to cook for 15 minutes. To check if they're ready, you only need to poke them with a fork. Peel the potatoes, put them in a bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add two eggs and mix. Now, add three tablespoons of honey. Finally, add two tablespoons of grated coconut. Now, oil a pan and pour the mixture. Even it out. Leave it to cook for 15 minutes. When one side is cooked, then flip it and use a plate to cook for five more minutes, and our recipe is done.
